Fiber Post Application

Fiber post application is a treatment method applied to teeth with excessive tissue loss and remaining tissues that are unsuitable for restoring by a filling.

Before fibre post application, root canal treatment is required. After root canal treatment, fiber inserted into the root canal to have a support for the composite filling (see Aesthetic Fillings and Inlay/Onlay Restorations). By this composite filling construction, the final restoration completed or a prepared tooth form gained for the crowns.
